So far, the casting process for Robert Rodriguez's "Machete Kills" has made headlines with the addition of each new actor. First Rodriguez wanted Mel Gibson, and then he got Mel Gibson. Next thing you know, Charlie Sheen is playing the president of the United States.
Well, the latest cast member is a person we have come to expect the unexpected from, so it's not quite as surprising.
Lady Gaga has officially joined the cast of "Machete Kills," and Rodriguez tweeted out a picture of her in character for the announcement.

According to the image, Gaga will be playing a character called La Chameleón. All we really know about her at this point is her name, she "kicked SO MUCH ASS!" and she has a penchant for fur.
